Take in views of the ocean, beach and complex pool from the breezy private balcony while enjoying morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.The air-conditioned interior is spacious and open, offering a full kitchen with dishwasher and space to dine at both the six-person table and the two-person breakfast bar, and a living room with comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV smart TV. Additional essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location not clean/comfortable

When we arrived the unit was not clean. I immediately contacted Vacasa and they sent someone out. Melissa and Tony were excellent and did a great job redoing what the cleaners missed and also what should have been done during a deep clean (ie vents were clogged with dust which was gross to look at and bad for asthma). The Keurig was filled with mold/mildew so no coffee during our stay. The primary bedroom had slats missing from the blinds so we had the pleasure of being woken up at sunrise everyday on vacation - our only time to sleep in! The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable and I am suffering back pain for it now. There weren't any instructions for the tvs or any notes to go over any other tips or what all the extra keys were for. A nice welcome guide would be helpful. There is a game room in the pictures - none of the games work. However, the location cannot be beat. Step right out onto the beach in not overly crowded beach. But there are a lot of those properties in OC so I would not return to this one.

Filthy Bathroom Unhelpful Staff

We checked in at 4:11PM but didn’t get into the condo until an hour later. We were given the key to the building but no pool passes. We had to drive back to the Property Management building for passes. Which we only did because we didn’t want to be charged for “not returning” or “losing” anything (keys, passes, etc) The instructions to get into the room were unclear. We went back to the Property Management building a second time and we’re given further instructions to gain entry to the condo. We got the keys from the lock box, tried multiple times to get the door open and the door wouldn’t open. So we drove back to the Property Management building a THIRD time. They told us you have to turn the key a quarter turn and listen for a click and then push the door open. They had someone meet us in front of the condo when we returned and he showed us how to open the door. He then apologized saying “I’m sorry they didn’t explain this to you” Once we unpacked we saw the second bathroom was absolutely filthy. There was pubic hair all over the tub and shower wall and a big ball of hair on top of the sliding shower door. The Property Management company apologized when I sent them pictures and said they would have someone come clean the bathroom. I received a call at 1:15 the following day saying “someone will be there in an hour or so to clean the bathroom” No one came until 7PM, 6 hours later! The cleaning people said they had just been told “30 minutes ago” that our bathroom needed to be cleaned and apologized to me when I told them I was expecting them hours before. I sent them away and said forget it because we were leaving in the morning. I paid for a 2 bath condo and my entire family had to share the master bath because they refused to use the filthy one. I will be asking for a partial refund, but I doubt I’ll receive it. After speaking to a few of the condo owners in the building they had nothing but terrible things to says about Vacasa. I’m extremely disappointed and will never rent from them again. Almost $1,200 for 2 nights and a garbage motel would’ve probably been a better experience.
