Nice location in downtown TO

All was good. A couple of items to note that could/should be addressed: Early check in - $25.00 fee Late check out $25.00 fee TV, Roku and or very limited TV channels. If you would like more there was a fee. Summary: Some of these items should be included / offered not an extra. The check in is done completely via the app, no one on site. A nice spot to stay, but some of these items are a little annoying.
