This apartment in the heart of Airlie Beach captures the daily marina life with restaurants, a café and a bar at your door step. Walk out the front of this amazing architecture and feel the ocean breezes, the chirping of the birds, the sails flapping in the background of the multimillion dollar sailing boats - with a few amazing power boats to look at too.

The Space:
The apartment boasts a master bedroom with a king bed whilst the second bedroom has a queen bed.

All the modern conveniences including air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full-sized kitchen with all of the appliances you would need during your stay and a whopping three balconies.

Guest Access:
A lift gives you access to the underground basement parking (1 car), the pool area, a tennis court and a BBQ area which is only a short walk to the ferry terminal and the bustling main street of Airlie Beach.

The Neighborhood:
Facing the Port of Airlie, this makes it an exclusive location in Airlie Beach. Shops, Massage and Yoga, Restaurants and bars are at your finger tips (so to speak)

Getting Around:
Airlie Beach is a 5 minute stroll away and on Saturdays the markets are on. (my my the temptations) and the Ferry terminal to all of the islands is even less. Taxis will take you every where else or just book a tour, where a complimentary pick up is part of the package.

Other Things to Note:
Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key.
Therefore, no parties, no excessive noise at any time as residents also live there full time.

Strictly no smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex.

The King can be made up as 2 singles – please do send through your sleeping preferences with enough notice

Perfect location
The property is in a perfect location, a short walk to everything you need. The view is magnificent, looking straight out to beautiful blue water. A lovely property that I would highly recommend.

I was a bit confused when I have booked through Stayz which I have done a few times, but I had communication from Whitsunday Vacations as well which I thought were advertising emails and didn’t realise they were working together. All worked out and the staff at WhitSundays Vacations were great.

Fantastic Spot
Our accommodation booked through Whitsunday Vacations was fantastic. The location was spot on and we could walk to everything. Whitsunday Vacations were fantastic to deal with and very helpful. The unit was very quiet and perfect for our needs. We will be back again!
