There is full access to the exclusive resort facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts
Guest Access: A lift gives you access to the underground parking and will take you up to the third floor where the apartment is located. Access to the complex amenities is from the ground floor.

What a wonderful apartment Marina Living is with such wonderful views of the marina, Airlie, and beyond that the beautiful ocean. Situated in a perfect location to easily walk into Airlie with all its bars, restaurants and shops. The apartments facilities are faultless with everything you need. With access to the pool, spa bath, and tennis courts, all included.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The appartment was very clean. Very comfy beds. Great place to cook your own meals. The veranda is overlooking the marina. We could walk everywhere in town. We highly recommend this great place.
The property is in a perfect location, a short walk to everything you need. The view is magnificent, looking straight out to beautiful blue water. A lovely property that I would highly recommend.
The property was in an excellent location overlooking luxury yachts and luxury power boats moored in the
Port of Airlie. Walking distance (10 mins) to great restaurants, beach, shops and the Whitsunday Sailing Club.
Large apartment with a beautiful view of the harbor. Less than a 10 minute walk to the grocery store and restaurants and no further than a 30 min walk from anything. Feels private and quiet with spacious rooms and very clean. The pool is also awesome! Would recommend.
Our accommodation booked through Whitsunday Vacations was fantastic. The location was spot on and we could walk to everything. Whitsunday Vacations were fantastic to deal with and very helpful. The unit was very quiet and perfect for our needs. We will be back again!
The apartment was located on level 3 in the middle of the Boathouse Apartments and had the most wonderful view. The location was close to everything so only needed to use the car a couple of times. Undercover secure parking was provided which was great. We had a couple of issues with the cleaning and maintenance that were quickly addressed. The apartment could do with a deep clean and some maintenance checks but this didn’t take away from the experience of this place. Only real negative was that the king bed had an obvious join between the two singles and coupled with hospital grade bedsheets made sleeping uncomfortable.
I was a bit confused when I have booked through Stayz which I have done a few times, but I had communication from Whitsunday Vacations as well which I thought were advertising emails and didn’t realise they were working together.
All worked out and the staff at WhitSundays Vacations were great.
Had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. Excellent location with very good views across to the marina and the sea. 5 minute walk to the town centre .. no hills! Chris was an excellent host.
We loved this property it overlooks the scenic Port Airlie Marina, is very close to the main street, restaurants and the eateries below the apartment can be highly recommended. The apartment had everything that we needed, it was very comfortable, neat, clean and loved the balconies. Would go back to the Whitsundays, Airlie Beach and this apartment anytime.
