This quiet and very peaceful apartment is located in an old attic. The Apart-Hotel Dijon is located in the heart of Dijon’s historic district, a two-minute walk from the pedestrian zone.<br>It is equipped for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms each featuring a 140 x 190 bed. It is very well lit with 5 Vélux skylights (view over the rooftops of Dijon).<br><br>APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:<br><br>- A large living room with a sitting area and dining area. An open kitchen, 8 m².<br>- A first enclosed bedroom, 12 m², with a double bed (140 x 190 cm).<br>- A second bedroom on a mezzanine, 15 m², with 1 very comfortable bed measuring 140 x 190 cm. For your holiday in Burgundy.<br>- A very bright ladies’ bathroom, with an 80 x 120 cm shower stall and vanity unit<br>- Separate toilet<br><br>CHARGES: Electricity, hot water, electric heating (10 kWh included per day from September 15 to April 30). Any excess usage will be billed to the guest via the ETA invoice. The cost ranges from 0 to 7 € per day, depending on the outside temperature and the guest’s needs. From May 1 through September 15, electricity is included.<br><br>To park your car, there are free parking spaces along Carnot Avenue, 3 minutes from the apartment.
