This home has amazing ocean view terraces with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez.
Casa Costa Diamante F27 is a unit that carries the torch in the quality and amenities offered. This is a great option for large groups looking for privacy in a lavish setting. It is a truly spectacular property that spans over 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The main suite features a comfortable king-size bed with high-quality sheets. There are three guest rooms, each with a queen-size bed.
The spacious floor plan also includes a deluxe kitchen, with its granite countertops, alder cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The living room is complete with plush furnishings and a smart TV. All of these fine comforts are provided within a laid-back but modern environment. The property has private Wi-Fi for guest use, and parking for 2 cars only, no trailers are allowed.

Perfect spot for a relaxing trip

The house was nicer than it looked in the photos. There were a few pieces of furniture that had seen better days but the beds were comfy enough. Security guards were friendly and the place felt safe. Short walk to the beach with a path directly out of the back patio. I would stay here again!

Nice place and area, lacks kitchen tools

Nice place, nice area. Enjoyed the place but we like to cook and found that it didn’t have enough basic kitchen tools for prepping and cooking food. Also needs more bar supplies for making drinks. I would stay again but would have to bring my own kitchen stuff.

Property is situated in a vey nice area! 4 mins away from the beach and the communal property was clean and big! Security is 24/7 and the staff is friendly and helpful. House amenities have the necessary stuff for your stay. Overall our stayed was excellent!

Great property with some flaws

Pros. It is definitely a beautiful house on a awesome neighborhood. Security is great, family oriented community with several options for kids, like playground, pool, basket ball court etc. With in steps from the beach. The house is near restaurants and near city center. The house is spacious and perfect for family time. Cons. We did not received a WIFI password, one of the bedroom's had a TV and no remote we could not use it. The Fridge was crazy and very loud at night, it was also not clean and was lose. Several walls, doors and ceiling were dirty. And the towels did not look appealing, they seemed old and worn. Overall is a great house, it just needs a bit of love and maintenance. For the amount paid it should be cleaner.
