About this property

This new beautiful 2 bedroom basement suite with a private separate entrance located steps to the White Rock East Beach. House is next to Marina Drive full of restaurants and bars. Amazing location, perfect spot for a getaway.

This private suite (approx 750 sqft) consists of a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms contain a standard queen size bed with hypoallergenic duvet and pillows. Large closets in each bedroom provide great storage space.

Living area has a comfy couch, side table, lamp and 50" lcd tv with Netflix connected, please be aware that there is no cable tv. Wifi access is provided.

Full kitchen where guests will find stove/oven, dishwasher, a microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and Espresso 19 Bar machine. Enjoy your Lavazza coffee. Dishes, glasses, and utensils such as wine opener, can opener, are also available.

Washer and Dryer in suite for your convenience and comfort.

Spacious bath provides ample counter space and under sink storage. Luxury Organic Hair and Body products guests will find in a dispenser attached to the wall.

Guests will also have access to one parking spot located on a side of a garage behind the house. There is a back lane access to get to the parking spot. The entrance to the suite is from the patio.

Awesome

Everything listed on the rental was there. Host was very nice as, I was able to communicate to her If I had any questions. It was clean and beautiful suit. It was just 3 minutes drive from the white rock beach. I would definitely recommend renting this suit If you are planning to spend some family holiday time.

Top Class Suite!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this luxury suite. Tastefully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s only a short walk away from the vibrant, seaside resort of White Rock with its wonderful restaurants and ice cream parlours. Highly recommended for couples or families. Thanks to Maria for being such an excellent, attentive host.

Super cute place to stay!

Would stay here again, great location near white rock, own basement with private entrance in new home. Well decorated, clean, comfortable and quick responses from owners. :)

Great apartment!

This is a very nice, clean, complete 2 bedroom basement apartment within a mile of the main beach and restaurants. It had everything we needed...hair dryer, French press coffee maker, a selection of teas, dishes, pans, a TV with Netflix, dispensers in the shower for shampoo, soap and conditioner. It was quiet and cool, even on very warm days in August. Maria, the hostess, lives upstairs and was very accessible if there were any problems. She even had some cookies, a bottle of sparkling wine and some fresh local peaches waiting for us in the apartment. What a sweetheart! We'd be happy to stay there again.
