VILLA DETAILS:
- Step inside using the keyless entry to find a spacious living area with big screen Smart TV and dining area that seats six. The updated kitchen features quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and GE appliances, with all essentials provided. A door leads to the garage with an opener for convenience.

The master suite includes a king bed, his-and-hers closets, a Smart TV, and a renovated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Enjoy a peek of the ocean from the window.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and cable TV. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo and quartz vanity.
