We all enjoyed our stay and we would book again. The check-in procedures are quite elaborate, but the instructions provided were very clear and included pictures. The description of the property is also very accurate - they warned about the temperature during the summer (no AC) so we knew what to expect, and there were lots of fans to help. The view of the mountains is unmatched - definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, one of the blinds covering the mountain got stuck on our last night, however, they have an after hours line for assistance which, at no fault of the property, I was unable to utilize but it’s there! The fact that this property allowed our four small pups is already a win for me and we were very grateful to not leave any behind. I would recommend this property, thank you to the team for welcoming our stay!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you all enjoyed your stay and would choose to book with us again. It’s wonderful to know that the check-in instructions and photos made the process clear, and that the information about the summer temperatures helped you know what to expect. We’re especially happy that you enjoyed the incredible mountain views and that your four pups were able to join you. We know how important it is to have the whole family together! We’re sorry to hear about the blind getting stuck on your last night, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the after-hours assistance. Thank you again for recommending our property and for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to welcome you and your pups back to Canmore in the future!

We stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience. The views are absolutely stunning, the location is fantastic, and the accommodations were excellent. Jane was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We traveled with our golden retriever, and the location was perfect. Within about five minutes we could access dedicated walking paths, which made daily walks incredibly easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood is very convenient, with two large grocery stores and several small shops right on the doorstep. The building amenities were also great—the hot tubs are very well managed and kept very clean. The Cloud 9 unit was perfect for us, and we would happily stay here again.
From the carpark of the two large grocery stores within 3 min walk.
Another gorgeous view, Canmore is stunning.
This was our view for a month!
Footpaths on the doorstep...and nature walks a short walk away. :-)

Quick visit

There were a few things that could have been fixed but management were told so hopefully it will be even better for the next guests. Location was perfect, we bussed to Banff a few times and the bus stop was right outside the building.

The hot tub for building b is right next door to this unit - there are 2 others on the roof of building A & C but they are outdoors - building b is indoors - lovely and warm. There is a booking process for time in the hot tubs via online app. This is a very well kept init - and the views are better than advertised - from bedrooms or living room and that massive window in the living room provides such a view! The location on Railway Ave in Canmore in the shopping area that has Safeway & Save-on-foods, Can tire, Tims in the Save on - Starbucks in the next building west.Super easyvto book, siper easyvti self-check in and out! Wonderful place to stay in Canmore!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Wayne! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the hot tub access, especially the convenience of the indoor one, and that the booking system worked smoothly for you. It’s great to know the views exceeded your expectations! That large living room window really is a guest favorite, and we’re glad you were able to enjoy it from both the living space and bedrooms. We also appreciate you highlighting the location being so close to shops, groceries, and cafés really does make things easy and convenient. We’d love to host you again on your next visit to Canmore!

The best views greet you when you wake up!

Fantastic place to stay that is close to everything you need. We really enjoyed Canmore…it gives you such a better sense of “real” Canadian life than Banff. It was the perfect place to set up camp to experience Banff, YoHo, and Jasper National Parks. The views out the huge windows were outstanding and our favorite part of staying at this property. Hosts were very responsive and great with which to communicate.

Great hideaway in the middle of everything

Lovely and quiet up on the top floor, stunning views. Beds not as comfy as we’d like but perhaps personal preference. Excellent location, everything close by and convenient. Host communication was friendly and timely. Would definitely recommend!

Truly incredible stay!!

This apartment was perfect for our long weekend stay!! It was very clean and had everything we needed, and the host gave very clear instructions so we didn’t have any issues! The hot tub was a very nice added bonus! The views were amazing as well. The host was very responsive for anything we may have needed. (We didn’t need to even contact her at all because everything we needed was provided!) there was also a grocery store right next door which was very convenient. I highly recommend staying at this apartment! thank you so much Jane for letting us stay at your beautiful property!

Overall, this place ticked all of the boxes for us, dog friendly, hot tubs, close to downtown and amenities. The suite fit our family's needs, but there were a couple of household items in need of attention/repair. That being said, when we informed property manager of these issues they offered to come by to fix them, however we declined to avoid risking our plans being interrupted. Prompt responses for all correspondence, since the time of booking to check out. We would definitely stay here again!

My experience at Canmore

My overall experience at this property was great but there was no air conditioning . The property manger tried to help by bringing the ventilators which I would give credit . I would suggest to the management that installing the Air conditioner would make the best.

Perfect place for our short trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Cloud Nine. The suite was as seen in the photos. The living room window was a real draw - giving us a constant view of the changing weather that weekend. Snowstorms and sunshine on the mountains. Spectacular! We enjoyed the location which is an easy walk to downtown, and many other amenities & businesses around the apartment. Our German Shepherd (dog) really enjoyed the walks along the nearby trails beside the riverbed. We had a small problem with one of the appliances and contacted the host who got back to us right away. The one thing I would say is that the kitchen was well equipped, but if you like to cook, you might want to take a few of your own spices...only salt and pepper are provided. Clean linens and comfortable beds. Hot tub right next door -- lots of things to recommend a stay at Cloud Nine.

Canmore Crossing is the place to stay!

My first time in Alberta and needless to say Canmore, AB has my heart. Jane made me feel at home during my vacation. The pictures were very accurate as shown online. The check in process was very clear. It is very easy to get ahold of her if you ever need anything. She also checks in throughout your stay to see if you need anything (and that to me is someone who really cares about giving people the best experience in Canmore) I love how accessible this property is to the downtown, grocery store, Canadian tire, and pet stores. Whatever you may need I am sure you are able to find it. Thank you for allowing my dog to share this experience with me🥰 I highly recommend renting this property. Not to mention the stunning view from the balcony. I will sure be back! Thank you!
