Excellent house in excellent location

This is an excellent property for anyone looking to stay in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. The house has all the amenities you would want (pool, tennis, basketball, volleyball, golf putting green, billiards, and fussball, etc.) to go along with a spacious, family friendly layout. The furnishing's were great and all the accompanyments were present - throws, pillows, blankets, etc. AC worked fine and we had no issues of any kind. Communication with Ric was fast and easy. Was a great place to spend a few days after some time at the National Parks. Have already recommended to friends. Can't go wrong.

Activities Galore

Stayed here with a group of friends for a golfing/action sports trip. The house was awesome. More than enough to do for the friends that just wanted to take it easy at the house, and the perfect location for those of us that planned a bunch of activities around Scottsdale. House was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go.

Fantastic property, perfect for a family trip

This property was perfect for a family get together. The kids were active all day, playing pickleball, basketball, volleyball and swimming. The sport court was amazing. There was plenty of outdoor seating for our group of 13. The house was well stocked with bath towels, beach towels and plenty of dishes for our large group. Ric from Old Town Rental was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend this property; we had a blast!! Old Town Rental set a high bar for future VRBO rentals.
