Portão com trinco quebrado(por sorte não ficamos pra fora, contamos com ajuda de uma faca para poder abrir, e segundo os vizinhos que nos ajudaram, a Proprietária sabe de todos os problemas e não faz melhorias (lixo nos corredores, chave da porta da sala enroscando (chave não saia do miolo) sofá encardido, sem condições de uso, colchões encardidos, tv 14" não funcionou, banheiro alaga, conclusão; alugamos por 4 dias e entregamos em menos de 12 horas, uma verdadeira decepção, perdemos o dinheiro.

Não muito aconselhável para crianças por causa das escadas. Enquanto adultos dá para encarar. Daria pra melhorar as cortinas dos quartos, colocando black-out. Um liquidificador tb seria muito bom. Proprietária atenciosa.
