Cottage was great and wished we had more time to spend there. Great outdoor seating area and really nice kitchen. Cottage is close to bike trail and less than 20 minute walk to center of town for restaurants and shopping.
We had a wonderful stay in the Cambridge area. The house is so cute and comfortable! Neighborhood is close to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend!
Bay Tree hit all the requirements for a girls weekend for my daughter, niece and myself. Close to shopping, market and dining; in between, somewhere lovely to hang out.
Loved the house and location. Great to have bikes to enjoy the many bike paths. Close to park for a walk around the lake, and close to Good George pub for a yummy dinner.
Nice and quiet, comfy bed and nice open fire. We loved the bikes which we rode to the dam and stopped for a nice meal at the cafe. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great stay thanks.

We had a wonderful holiday stay in this beautiful house. At night we had dinner on the porch, while enjoying the lovely garden and yard. The kids loved swinging on the tree swing. Everything was adorable and clean! Hope to stay there again in the future!
We had a great time with the kids, lots of things to do around. The house was beautiful and Christine went the extra mile to make our stay special. Thanks heaps!

Thanks for your lovely review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and you found lots to do with your children. Thanks for leaving the place so tidy too.
Absolutely loved the property, the house is fabulous and decorated beautifully, kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfy, gorgeous linen and towels, good pressure in the shower, 3 good size bedrooms, very comfy lounge to relax in. Fabulous deck and lawn area for our 1 year old to run around and even a tree swing for her.
Thanks for an awesome long weekend - we explored a little bit of Cambridge & discovered how cool it was. The local shops, Saturday market & bike hires were all really easy. There’s a great Lake walk minutes away & amazing local Italian for dinner. Thanks for making it easy to enjoy. The fresh flowers in the rooms were a lovely, welcoming touch.
We arrived at the accommodation and instructions were clear and was an easy check in. The character cottage was on surrounded by well kept grounds, a swing that my daughter enjoyed and when we entered it was beautifully decorated and we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Everything we needed was there, and even a block of chocolate to enjoy which was much appreciated. The beds had lovely linen and were comfortable. The weather wasn’t great but the central heating made it feel cosy and warm. The kids had Netflix on the tv. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back! Thank you so much Christine.
Nice and sunny home, large enough for a family stay. Very tidy and dealing with the owner was fantastic. We would stay again. Nice a close to central Cambridge, and easy walk.
Highly recommend this property. Very warm and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Christine is a great host and the house is well set up with lots of great extras. We will definitely be staying again
Bay Tree cottage has all the charm of a vintage home and none of the downsides. It is warm, spacious and beautifully furnished and maintained. Christine has anticipated every need a guest may have. Although the property is located on the main road there was no disturbance from traffic.
This was the most idyllic spot for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect place to spend the night before and the morning of the wedding with bridal party and an awesome place to come back to after a big day.
The accomodation was very homely and we loved the touches of fresh dahlias around the place.
Communication was also flawless.
We wish would could live here!
