Bedroom 2 features King sized bed, Cable TV, ceiling fan and access to the Guest Bath in the hall. Bedroom 3 is located in the loft and features a King bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, Smart TV and private 3 piece bathroom.
There is plenty of dining with the 6 top table and breakfast bar. The Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of items and room to cook for your group.
The Living Room has a reclining couch and loveseat, large cable TV, ceiling fan, deck access and fireplace.
Step outside to enjoy the view off of the deck. There is plenty of outside seating and an electric grill. Bring your boat as The Knolls has slips to rent, trailer parking and boat launching on site. Complex amenities also include indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball court, charcoal grilling area, fire pit, playground, fitness room and swimming platform.
