Langhaus (Heated Pool)

Sitting on around ten acres, where Western Port Bay meets the countryside, is this striking pavilion style home. Langhaus is enveloped in black, with white and timber accents, fusing Scandinavian architecture and modern design elements, the epitome of uncomplicated and superb coastal living.

Wander down the path to the main pavilion and into the soft and serene interior. The open plan living, dining and kitchen is clearly a space for relaxed entertaining and all-day lounging. Effortless elegance is on show in the stone kitchen allowing guests to gather and cook with ease. The breathtaking outlook is hard to ignore as you take a seat at the dining table, which sits under a pair of classy pendants. While it’s a warm and inviting living room featuring generous seating and a fireplace. From these zones, multiple sliding doors lead to the terrace and outdoor living area. The covered outdoor area and the glamorous pool provides the perfect place to unwind. A fireplace, dining table and lounge encourage lazy days no matter the weather. Embrace the sun and watch the ocean sparkle from the terrace, while the vast lush lawns are ideal for an evening of star gazing.

Back inside a timber hallway leads to the sleeping pavilion. The first spacious bedroom houses a wall of custom double bunks, perfect for the younger guests. A family bathroom caters to the first and second bedrooms. There’s a retreat-like feeling in the third bedroom with access to the outdoors, a walk-in-robe and ensuite. An oversized vista and hushed neutral tones create an enhanced restful atmosphere in the main bedroom. Adding to the tranquility is the black and white themed ensuite with spacious double shower and freestanding bath. And in a separate building you have the convenience of a sauna and additional bedroom and bathroom.

The Area

Langhuas is situated in the middle of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine country while only an hour’s drive from Melbourne. Bordered by the ocean, you are only minutes from family and surf beaches including Port Leo Surf Beach and Safety Beach. Coastal walks, day spas, picturesque golf courses, national parks and serene seaside villages can all be added to you day trip itinerary. Enjoy farm-fresh produce at the cafes and restaurants along Shoreham Road while a further selection of eateries and beautifully curated stores are only a few kilometres away in Red Hill.

A $10,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
