Corner Condo unit on 2nd Floor, with a large balcony that wraps around and gives a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico just steps down to the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom - Open concept - 1,100sq ft condo is located in a very popular vacation building. The sugary soft sands of Indian Shores and large heated pool make it the perfect location. The living room has new hurricane sliding glass door that provides not only sound and weather protection but provides views of sunrises daily! There are 3 TV's with cable ,living room (55 Inch Smart TV) & Main Bedroom (43 Inch Smart TV), 2nd Bedroom (43 inch smart TV). The full-size kitchen is fully equipped & has a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar for additional seating and a dining table. The main bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 Full Size beds. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo has FREE secure WiFi. Central Air/Heat.

CONDO SUPPLIES : Bed Linens, Bath towels, Dish Cloths, Beach towels, Beach Chairs & Umbrella.
Starter kit containing 2 rolls of Toilet Paper & 1 Paper Towel, 1 Dishwasher pod, dish soap.

Great place

Great location and easy access to pool and beach. The condo is bright with big sliders leading out to a good size deck. Communication with the owner was easy and reliable. Both the building and the unit need updating. The unit is reportedly getting improvements in the next year. Overall, perfect for our family getaway.

A great place

We had a great stay! The condo was nice and the location was great! The condo owner was super nice and helpful. We would use this condo to stay at again. The only down fall is the elevator. It was small and needed a fan for a little air flow. It was quite warm in it. But this is to no fault of the condo owner. The pool was always clean and is nice. It does have a bathroom available but does not have a sign to show you where it is. Over all this is a great place to stay.
