Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances along with cutlery & utensils + kitchen necessities/basics.
Ducted air-conditioning on the upstairs level, spilt system air-conditioner in master bedroom downstairs as well as downstairs living area + ceiling fans, there is also a gas fireplace downstairs.

We have a strict NO Party OR Events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/bridal showers/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday parties celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of "No parties or events" is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
