Enjoy this modern two bedroom villa situated on the stunning river canals of Sussex Inlet. This property is located within 'The Moorings' complex and includes not only fantastic views but also an inground pool, tennis court and boat and trailer storage. The villa can accommodate 6 guests in total as there is also a fold out sofa lounge in the living area.
Enjoy the views and throw a fishing line off the private jetty or use the fishing kayak available for guest use to paddle the waterways.
With only a short drive or a 10 minute walk to the town centre this property has everything you need for a fabulous break away!

Great location, well suited to a family of 4

The property was in great condition. It has its own private jetty, which is rare in this complex. It is advertised as sleeping 6, which it does. However, we did notice that as a family of 6 for a week, we were getting a little tight on space. More suited comfortably to a family of 4, or for a shorter period of time. None the less, the property boasts fabulous amenities; use of a pool, private jetty, tennis court and the owners have also left access to equipment, which is extremely generous. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you so much to the owners for offering such a great property :)
