- No Garage or slipway access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)

Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Run down house

Good stay but a little run down for the money paid. Had an inflatable jetty which was not practical. Ceiling water damage in house. Carpets not vacuumed properly. Just a little run down.

Is carpet for master room derty and cooktap doesn't work and all furniture is so old And house the doesn't have WiFi, is hard with kid's

Nice house but needs updating

Generally the house was in good condition. The house and all items I.e glasses, plates and cutlery needed washing. The vacuum cleaned was completely blocked, so god knows how this has been used in the past. The gas was not connected so no hot water until we phone the manager who told us how to turn this on. No WIFI at all which should be advertised as this was a let down. The jetty out the back of the house is rotten and should be condemned as nails are sticking through and the boards rotten. I would not stay at this property again.
