Wonderful to hear Bronwyn. It was a delight to host you.
We stayed one night. The place is well located for a stroll to town and short drive to the wineries. It did us well to keep warm and get a good night sleep after an enjoyable day in Orange before heading on in our trip.
Great location. Dog friendly was great appreciated. House was clean, functional and tastefully decorated. Central heating was good but absence of heating in the bathroom made having a shower in winter a challenge.
We had a very comfortable stay in this pretty home. Stuart was in contact if we needed any help and there was everything we needed for a family dinner. The bathroom was cold, but apart from that all of the other rooms were warm and well appointed.

The place is nice and neat and generally clean. Love the garden and the peaceful neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped as well. The basin drainage needs a bit work though. Also wish there's a cot for the baby.
Delighted with the location, could walk to many places in town. Quiet area.
Disappointed with cleanliness of kitche, especially stove and sides of same. Some plumbing needed in bathroom to stop a lesking tap. There was no internet connection but the owner dud everything possible to fix this. He was kind, heloful, and welcoming. Will stay here again.

Was alright. Parking on street with other ute's and dark felt umcomfortable. We like the location. House was not the cleanest, dusty. We put the blue pillows bedroom on top of the closet and it was very dusty. The comforter had stains. Also the wash machine smelled like mildew. We enjoyed the backyard but grass was high(understandable given the rain). The fridge was very small so we had to throw away pots of ice-cream. The stove top was a bit old and we couldn't tell which nob was to the right heating plate. The service and support was outstanding when. I called. Overall is a nice place cozy but not for having our small kids or grandpa (barstools are not comfy) safety and comfort was not there...we liked the vaccum cleaner.
We checked in and the cottage was beautiful. It was cold (9’C) so I turned the air conditioner on and within 15 minutes we were comfortable and cosy warm, the heating is incredible.
We were close enough to walk into town which took us about 10 minutes, easy!!
I can’t fault this property, it met my expectations and more. It’s quite obvious the owners are very proud to present this property with all its charm in top order to which I say, thank you.
Recently stayed here 2 nights. The property is as portrayed on website. It was clean, well equiped and bed comfortable. The location was also close to main town centre. Given it’s location to town the property was still very quiet. Free internet was provided and ducted heating which was a bonus for the cold mornings. It also had a great yard for our dog. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful, well stocked and appointed house, perfect for us and our dog for a stay in Orange. Quiet spot but convenient to everything. Great communication and follow up with owner. Great.
We really enjoyed our three-night stay at the Roseland Cottage. The cottage is in a great location - very close to the centre of town, just down the street from the Orange Gallery, Information centre, Museum, shops, pubs, and restaurants - but still in a quiet street.
The cottage was well-appointed, light and airy. It had a welcoming feel, with all the amenities needed for a short stay, including ample parking on the street. The bedrooms were comfortably sized, with adequate hanging space, and were pleasantly decorated.
The backyard was definitely a feature with a generous lawn (much appreciated by our greyhound), a patio and BBQ. The gardens were lovely, and I especially enjoyed sitting on the front patio amongst the roses, watching people go by in the afternoons.
The communication from the property managers was clear and timely. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay as everything was well catered for, but appreciated that a 24-hour number was provided for any issues.
We had a really lovely, relaxed stay at the Cottage, and would definitely stay again.
We stayed here with our little dog....it was in an excellent location, close to town and all the little cafe's.
The cottage itself was lovely. Very cosy and very clean.
Loved the back yard with its lovely roses and lawn area....the patio area was a nice surprise.
The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property.
