This luxury two floor 1300 sf condo at Barona Beach Lakefront Resort is the perfect location for your vacation. This place has it all! Beautiful kid friendly sandy beach with dock and fire pit. Large heated pool and hot tub with extensive deck, lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. Property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted in this unit.

Great spot to start your Westside Winery tour. Thirteen amazing local wineries including Quails Gate, Mission Hill, Mt. Boucherie, Volcanic Hills, Beaumont, Kalala Organic, The Hatch, Rollingdale, Ciao Bella, Indigenous World, Off the Grid, Grizzli and Little Straw.

Many scenic walking, hiking and biking trails in the nearby area. Numerous golf courses are just minutes away. Very close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants.

This unit is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings throughout.

Large deck with natural gas BBQ and patio furniture. Direct view of the pool, hot tub, beach and Okanagan Lake. The backside of the condo has a great view of Mission Hill Winery, the orchards and the scenic canal.

This condo is just steps away from the large grass lawn, the pool, the hot tub, sandy beach and Okanagan Lake.

This is one of the few units with a two floor townhouse style floor plan. Perfect layout for a family and/or entertaining. Sleeps 6. Upstairs offers two large bedrooms. Master bedroom has a King bed and full ensuite with soaker tub, separate shower and granite countertop. Second bedroom has a Queen bed with full ensuite including a shower. Bedrooms are separated by a loft area with a sofa bed and flat screen TV.

Open floor plan downstairs including a gourmet kitchen (stainless steel appliances, gas range and granite counter top) stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals and entertain. Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and an iPod compatible sound system. Third bathroom on main.

We had a great stay here, the unit accommodated four adults and two children comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice to have three bathrooms and a large patio area. The view of the pool and lake is a nice bonus. The building is great, and very close to many wineries.

The property is in a great location with lovely views! The grounds are very well kept and have a resort feel. The unit though was outdated, baseboards were falling off, the couch is coming apart leaving pieces of faux leather all over your clothes and the water pressure is horrendous. I don’t know how anyone showers with such little water pressure. The unit wasn’t super clean either. We moved a couch and it clearly had not been moved for a while because it was very dirty underneath. The unit was advertised as three bedrooms but is not three bedrooms. It is two bedrooms with an open area between the bedrooms and a sofa bed. Overall, we weren’t super happy with the unit but the grounds and amenities offered were fantastic.

The condo was very comfortable with the exception of the living room furniture which needs replacing so we never sat there, and the outdoor furniture needs replacing or at least a table cloth to cover it, and also needs a good clean, lots of birds. And it would be nice to address the water pressure issue so you don’t have to take a long shower. The grounds and pool are well kept but the stairwells are not maintained and are dark and dirty. Maybe stay on the main floor next time. Location is great and overall has a friendly family atmosphere.

I met my law school bestie (of 20 years) here for a mini getaway. It is a beautiful spot, lovely pool, beach, and everything you need. The beds were comfortable, I loved the pillow! (although suggest pillow covers) & we had all the kitchen essentials - better than most. It is all very clean! Great trip. A few nits that I wish I knew about in advance: The ppy faces the water with gorgeous views but the windows have thick blinds that, even when tilted to the open position, interfere with view, and you cannot raise them. I found this to be a major drawback - we each went to raise them immediately (but can’t), and the view is why we chose that condo. I didn’t totally understand the reason - it makes no difference to the cooling if they are tilted open or raised. Minor points: the sofas are peeling so the crumbs can stick to your clothes or legs. Not the fault of the owner, but if you have more than one vehicle, parking is severely limited - something I will ask about in future as it was time consuming to deal with. The visitor parking is a 4-hour limit and no overnight allowed between 1:00 am snd 7:00 am. At 1:05 am, the sound of the tow truck and a non-stop car alarm for the person being towed is less than ideal - don’t test the limit! Ha! There is an elevator, but it is up a flight of stairs (not mobility friendly) and at opposite end - just know you will be climbing stairs. If you take the elevator, go to 3rd floor - it’s not intuitive.

Dated unit and furniture in need of some TLC or a decent reno. Mold in the showers. The couch is peeling and flaking off. Required sweeping every day. The patio furniture is old, cracking wicker and had bird poop upon arrival. Had to wipe off tables. Not a very good cleaning job by the cleaning crew. Luckily we didn't spend much time in the unit since the resort has a pool and beach and lots to do in West Kelowna. We will come back to Kelowna and maybe even this resort but will NOT stay in this unit. Lots of other units with recent renos and better furniture.

Stayed here for grad at UBCO. Great accomodation, very clean. Close to wineries. A bit of a drive back to campus but we were looking to get away from the busyness near campus. Gave us all a bit of a vaca including my son that leaves near campus.

This place was clean, had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools. The only drawback was the water pressure wasn’t great, but that is likely an issue with the building itself. My daughter loved the pool/ hot tub area, with easy access to the beach!

Great family vacation

Had a great family vacation at Barona Beach in June 2024. We have a 3 year old and a 4 month old. The layout of the unit worked great for us, our 3 yr old had one room and our infant slept in a pack and play in the den. The host was lovely and arranged a pack and play just for our stay! The views from the balcony were beautiful. We loved spending time in the pool and at the beach. Both were clean and well taken care of. We also did a grocery delivery (from superstore) to arrive our first night so we haven’t have to worry about getting groceries. Location is so close to all the best wineries! Frind was a 15 min walk and had great food, wine and atmosphere right along the water. Only negative is that the blinds/curtains are not blackout so it was very bright in the bedrooms. I would recommend bringing an eye mask. Host was kind and very easy to communicate with. We forgot a few items and she mailed them back to us very quickly. Definitely would stay there again!

Barona's Beachside Bliss

Our host, the property and the unit were more than expected! We loved everything about our stay, not to mention the communcation witthe host, the location, and the 'all inclusive' feeling we had being able to access the pool, hot tub, beach, fitness centre and Indulge Beauty Boutique and Lounge and easy access to the wineries. So much fun! I highly recommend staying here!

West Kelowna Stay

Wonderful host, who was very accommodating and responsive! The place is beautiful and clean, excellent location with views of the pool and beach. The central air worked just fine in the heat. I would say though, that the place is not accessible. There is an elevator, but stairs to get to the elevator and a long walk from the elevator to the front door.

First time at Barona Beach Resort

This was our first time staying at Barona Beach resort, having stayed at a number of places in Kelowna previously. The unit was very nice - well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the pool and beach, along with a number of the nearby wineries. Groceries are a bit far away (10 min drive), but the view from the unit of the pool and lake made up for that. The only thing that could have been improved was instructions on accessing the Wifi (look behind the TV!). Overall a great place to stay.
