Memorial day stay

We were very happy with our stay over the Memorial Day weekend. The location was perfect for our needs and the host was extremely responsive. The property was clean and as described in the listing.We would stay here again.

Excellent location but…

You can’t beat the location- right on a private section of a beautiful beach plus nice pools on the property. The complex is quiet- families and retired people. However the unit we stayed in was disappointing. It was very dated. Furniture was mismatched and cheap. The entire kitchen, including stools and chairs, were well worn and not well cleaned. The entire unit smelled musty and stale; we went out and bought 4 Glad plug-ins and 4 car vent fresheners for the AC units, which helped immensely.

not happy

place had to replace shower when we got there at check in, could not replace shower until next day. They came at 9am finish at 4pm had to cancel plans for that day. Place was dirty took some pictures. Coffee pot didnt work,, other shower in bedroom had no walls water went all over the floor. Next day bug pest control woman came should of waited but was a hassle. Contacted the office told them about all the things bad, never will stay there again,,,

We had issues from the start got the run around when I was able to get ahold of an actual person they lied multiple times and put us off all week at the end they completely quit answering messages upon check out I spent half hour in the phone trying to get them to open the office that was still closed one hour after opening buisness hour started will not recommend anyone me rent from them

Online pictures better than actual place

The only great thing about our stay was the location to the beach. When we first arrived, there was a nasty stench in the air like it wasn't properly cleaned. The oven was dirty, the stove top was also dirty and the stove elements didn't even fit the burners. The fridge leaked water the entire time and caused water to leak on the floor. The fan in the guest room where my mom and son stayed was broken. The light fixture was hanging from the fan, which was not safe. There wasn't enough drawer space in the guest room, which if the furniture was smaller you could probably fit something else in there. The furniture in the condo was too big for the space, especially the huge glass table in the kitchen. Also, there was a chair that was broken, which prevented us from being able to sit at the table. It also took up almost all of the space in the kitchen because of the size so there really wasn't any way for us to eat there. Everything in the condo was very outdated. The listing said there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but we found out that there wasn't. There is a coin laundry instead that you have to use. For the amount we paid for this place, it was not worth it! We've definitely stayed in better places for less money and the condos/houses were decorated better with better working appliances. If some more care and attention was put into the condo, it would be worthwhile going back, but not for the price that was offered when we booked it.

Not as nice as my house, nope.

Tried so many places in Myrtle Beach, can't seem to find one that is nice as Destin. My son goes to school there so we have to visit often. This condo was over $400 a night and I It wasn't as nice as my house,wouldn't stay there Again. Very dirty, Is broken countertop just not taken well care of well
