This 3-bedroom townhome features 3 king bedrooms. The unit also provides 1 garage parking space and 1 dedicated parking space behind the townhome. Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors.

Family Fun in Asheville
Great location - short walks to food, shops, ice cream, and a short drive to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods for groceries. Property was great - well appointed with everything we needed.

Great Location
The place was beautiful and a great location to walk and enjoy downtown Asheville. We loved our weekend and the location made all the different. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location for Biltmore & Grove Park Inn
THROUGH NO FAULT OF THE PROPERTY OWNER - the visit got off to a rocky start. We drove six hours to arrive 20 minutes early for a 4 pm check in. In the past, I've never had an issue with a few minutes early but because the info sheet specifically said not before 4 pm we arrived expecting to just wait in the car - there is only one parking space for the unit and it was taken by what we later found out was the cleaning staff (who had just arrived.) At 4:35 pm, after waiting almost an hr. in the car, we contacted the management company and told them we would just go in "as is". The cleaning staff had not finished cleaning. Floors were not swept/mopped but I insisted on seeing the soiled sheets, so I at least felt confident they had been changed. After we did our own cleaning of the unit, the visit was very nice. After speaking with the property manager, I felt like we should have received at the very least a partial credit for cleaning, but we did not. The location could not have been better for our itinerary and the unit was perfect for our party of 3 adults with everyone having their own bathroom. The elevator is a huge plus for not having to drag suitcases up 3 or 4 floors! The beds were very comfortable, and sheets were nice - I say this because in the past I have experienced less than at other rentals. If I were to offer one thing up for the property owner, it would be to add a gas firepit to the balcony - it would have been a great hangout spot on a cold night.

Modern townhome condo walking distance
Great short stay over Thanksgiving in Asheville. Modern 4 floor townhome condo in South slope area of Asheville. Walking distance to Asheville's great restaurants, breweries, etc. Clean with new appliances and furniture. Would stay again for sure
