Much smaller than expected by pictures and price.

Units are all street level and we were in a front unit so had someone sleeping under our kitchen window. it’s a good location to everything, but anything in downtown is. Parking is a hassle and expensive. TV and record player useless…. Ideally youre out and about in this great city, but it’d be nice to start and end the day in a little more comfort, especially when paying what I think was a premium price. My niece recommended the Wyndham SD Bayside as a better priced alternative with bay view if avalaible.

Decent place

The place was in a great location and good for the money. The bed was extremely creaky every move you made and the couch was horrible- basically had no back support. Biggest problem I’d say was the listing stated it had a washer/dryer. The washer dryer was a community shared W/D and cost $2/load. The dryer only worked on permanent press setting so took hours upon hours to dry your clothes. Great location and would be ok for a couple night’s stay.

Beautiful, miniaturized abode.

My daughter, her fiance and I had a two night and three day meetup in beautiful Little Italy in San Diego. Murphy bed for them, twin size pullout couch for me. Cute little living space when beds folded up. We cooked a nice meal in the truly well equipped kitchen. Impressively, only the livingroom felt miniaturized -- kitchen and bath were comparatively spacious. Good proportions, as we did most of our living outside of the livingroom and in the beautiful neighborhood anyway.
