The space
This private suite is set in a small block of 8 suite around a courtyard laid with faux grass and fairy lights at night. Its had a total remodel with new flooring, furniture & appliances. It has a timeless feel to it with up-lit, period bookcases holding polished seashells & old era plates. This is a downstairs suite in a small, gated, two-story, courtyard complex. There is ample parking on the forecourt in front of the building. We don't allow pets or other animals for the safety of our other residents in this small, gated property.
Guest access
Guests access through the front security gate, into a raised courtyard area and the suite is on the right. Guests will enter through their own private front door after opening the dead-bolt and door handle lock. You have exclusive access to the entire suite.
Other things to note
PETS or other animals are not permitted. No smoking - means no smoking of ANY kind ANY where on the premises. This includes e-cigs, cigars, vaporizers, hookahs etc. Guests who smoke(or those in the same party) will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave the premises immediately. If you see anyone with a PET, smoking, or are being affected by someone with an animal
or smoking/vaping etc., please notify us as soon as possible.
