Stare clear from Sonder

This was by far the most miserable vacation rental stays that we have encountered from start to finish. From the offensive stench that hit us when we opened the door, the dirty sheets with remains of human hair that were all over the sheets, in the bath tub and sinks, to the soiled used bath mat that was folded so neatly on the side of the tub. We were uncomfortable and on hedge the entire time. After arriving at 11 pm it took us 3 hrs to settle down after de-oderizing, and cleaning. Just to be able to take showers after a long exhausting day of travel. Finally we got to the beds at 2 am after stripping off the dirty bed linnend and using our own linnen we brought for our extended stay elsewhere. Only to lay down and realize that the beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. 😫😫😫😫😫😫. I wish that no one will experience what we have endured. Their designs are modern. Accomodation looks really attractive but please if you want to maintain your sanity please stear clear from Sonder.

Probably the worse rental experience!

To start, the early checkin process is a scam. You’ll have to download the Sonder app, and then request an early check in only 30 mins before the standard time of 4pm. Even when you receive confirmation of early check in you will have fight with the property company to honor the contract. The room is gross! Wall smudges and hand prints, the furniture is cheap and stained with God know what, the TV never worked properly with the Google Chormcast.; unless you have a computer or adapter with an HMDI adapter. The fridge had half drank water bottles and the door didn’t lock all the way. If you request help from Sonder good luck! Overall not worth the money!
