Immaculate!!!

Not only was the location great but it was large, immaculately cleaned and styled. Very classy and we were impressed. We also felt very safe with multiple coded doors to get through to even get into the building. As two womentraveling we loved that. The only inconvenience was parking. You pay for street parking 2/ hr but only from 8am to 7 pm. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Birthday weekend in New Orleans

Overall, the trip was okay. We drove from Texas to New Orleans and arrived in town around 7:30 pm. Upon checking in, we received a message from management about a noise complaint, which was confusing since we weren't making noise, and it was only 7:30 pm, well before the 10 pm quiet hours. However, we got that sorted out. Upon inspecting the apartment, we noticed several discrepancies from the pictures. The master bedroom nightstand was stained, there was a large black mark on the living room floor, we encountered a few bugs, and the walls were in need of painting. Despite these issues, the location was convenient and close to everything. In conclusion, while the stay required some touch-ups, it was acceptable considering the price paid.

Great place!

Clean, comfortable, stylist, super cool looking restaurant downstairs (we didn't eat there), sonder app was incredibly easy to use and convenient. Parking 3 blocks away at Poydras Center was easy and safe.

Great location, amenities with lots of space and light

We stayed here comfortably for a week and it had everything we needed. The location and neighborhood were great! Lots of light and space in the living area. The kitchen had everything we needed- my only suggestions for management is to provide a dish towel for the kitchen and to label laundry pods and dishwasher pods (the laundry pods which were stored under the kitchen sink looked like dishwasher pods)

NOLA

Perfect stay for our party of 4. Wonderful area…felt very safe. Streetcar access adjacent to the property as well as a number of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The French Quarter is a bit of a walk, but our party did just that as well as walk to the Superdome for a game. Highly recommend this property as we utilized the washer and dryer as kitchen/living room area is very nice and beds were comfy. Area quiet. All 4 of us really enjoyed our stay in NOLA.
