Great location

This is a great location for a stay in Boston. The room has everything you need for a great stay. The washer/dryer was such a nice bonus. However - the wifi went out on our first night. We immediately contacted Sonder through the app - and they did nothing. The next day wifi was back, then that night - again out. The last day - same thing. The TV does not have cable or any internet apps. You have to cast from your personal phone to use it. Without wifi - nothing. Not acceptable in this day and age.

Great location

Fenway Park, grocery store, walking park, great food court within walking distance. Property is also home to full-time residents, so access to elevators is a bit limited, and rooms are unaccessible by stairs. Renters have access to a lovely and spacious mezzanine. No local TV networks available, TV use through apps only. Renter access to host was reliable during our stay, via text or phone, and host response was acceptably timely. On-site luggage storage available if needed. Friendly and helpful staff for the most part.

Good place

Check in was a bit confusing because no one was in the office. Contacted Sonder and it was taken care of quickly. The woman who showed us our room was sweet. Room was a bit dirty, but nothing that made me think I’d never stay there again. Location was great and it was quiet and the bed was good.

Perfect location! We absolutely loved our stay at Pierce Boston. Our daughter lives in Boston for the summer and and we planned a spontaneous trip. It was perfect! We wil definitely be back.
