This lovely home is great for families or for a few couples if you want to relax and unwind. Comfort was the #1 priority when this home was professionally decorated.

Big family table that seats 8 as well as a custom kitchen with rustic wood countertops.

Master Bedroom has a King size Beautyrest adjustable bed
2nd Bedroom has a adjustable tempurpedic King size bed
3rd Bedroom has a plush Queen size bed.

Master Bathroom has a wonderful soaking tub with jets and a heater!
Also a beautiful shower and lovely vanity with make up area.

Full size desk with wifi if you must work, DISH Satellite TV in Great Room, two bedrooms, kitchen & outdoor patio.

Backyard is an Oasis! Beautiful waterfall, fire pit, and an outdoor living room.

You'll feel like you're in the desert but you're just 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale, and 10 minutes from Lake Pleasant. If you're here for Spring Training, you're 15 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex. Also, located very close to 303, 101 and I17 for that day trip to Sedona, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon.

Hiking trails are right outside your front door to the lovely West Wing Mountains.

Wonderful home!

Comfortable home that is nicely decorated and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. A kitchen that has every cooking appliance and utensil you could want. A nice and cozy out door patio with plenty of furniture and two grills. It was better than advertised!

Perfect

Spacious, fully stocked and ultra clean home. The patio and outdoor space are relaxing and large enough to entertain. The home was centrally located for our needs. Tracy is great to work with. We have only been back home a few days and already looking forward to returning.

Relaxing & quite retreat

We recently stayed at this property for a few weeks and it comfortably accommodated six. The location is very quite and the backyard is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the water feature (hummingbirds take their morning showers there). The front porch area has a great view of Westwing mountain - a great spot to take your morning coffee see the hikers going up the trail (the trail is very rocky, but very beautiful with the saguaro cactus). Tennis courts close by and walking trails through the neighborhood as well. The house was very clean and comfortable. Nice layout, no stairs for older people - and big enough with the outdoor living space that you can find a spot away from others if you need a break. A plus and a minus that grocery stores and restaurants are 10 minutes away, but on that side of town the traffic isn't bad. Great stereo system throughout the house. Good spot to jump off to Sedona as you would be on the northwest side of town, easy access to I17 and can avoid the traffic.

Owners currently live in home when it's not rented, so home is fully stocked with cooking utensils, BBQ grill, spices, etc. We travel quite a bit most weekends and can be away for an extended period of time if necessary. Owner is professional Interior Designer and the home reflects it.

Why they chose this property

It's just outside of town, so you feel like you're in the desert, but your a few minutes away from major shopping and restaurants. You'll love the location as it puts you close to any of the major freeways that will take you in or out of town quickly. You'll even hear coyotes howling at night. Many hiking trails in the neighborhood since home is located at the base of a mountain.

What makes this property unique

Views of West Wing mountains with great trails, love the feeling of being in an established neighborhood but a minute away from the lovely desert.

We are 2 hours from Sedona, 2.5 hours from Williams & Rt 66 (also gateway to the Grand Canyon), 2 hours from Flagstaff, 1.5 hours from Prescott.
