Sonder 1600

Very nice apartment building. Very clean with just enough of the necessities. We were able to park right next door in a well-lit garage. It was nicely located within walking distance of many Philly attractions. There was some slight noise from other apartments during the day but nights were fine. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint (very minor) is that there could have been a few more pans for cooking, specifically for the oven - there didn't appear to be any bakeware at all. We do like to do a little of our own cooking on our stays so some ovenware would have been helpful. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would happily recommend to friends and family.

Clean and comfy but sparsely appointed

Had two pans, and no spatula, only four coffee cups, and only three water glasses. Could have been a little better appointed. No large cost for boiling pasta. Great place to stay to plant to eat out all the time.

Good place to stay in Philly

This unit is conveniently located and has a parking garage across the street. Rooftop lounge and fitness area are pluses.

Sparce

This unit is a bit of a walk from the Philly action, nice building but the unit was pretty sparce… not enough chairs to sit for the 5 Of us so we brought one out of a bedroom. No kitchen table, only 3 bowls which made breakfast for 5 tricky. Bath towels tired and squeaky doors which were annoying. I wouldn’t stay here again.
