FIRST FLOOR
•When you walk into our home, you will be welcomed by our sun porch, engulfed with natural light!
•Living room area with beautiful & unique herringbone hardwood flooring and exposed brick accent wall.
•Comfortable & modern seating area with Smart TV entertainment. (You will need to sign in with your own credentials for Netflix, Hulu, etc)
•Kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, and a quartz counter top.
•Further back, is a tiled mud room with a Half bath & Laundry room.
•Mudroom leads to the back patio area, which is concreted & seating is available!

SECOND FLOOR
•You will need to climb 1 flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor, which contains the bedrooms.
•Naturally lit Master bedroom has a Queen bed, and has an En-suite bathroom with a rain shower with sleek modern tile.
• Bedroom 2= Middle room with a Full size bed & Smart TV.
•Bedroom 3= Has a Full size bed & Smart TV.

BASEMENT
•1 flight of stairs down to the basement area.
•Finished space with comfortable seating, Smart TV and games to enjoy with family and friends!

•We do also have 2 foldable desks & chairs that can be set up anywhere in the home. As many are still working from home, this is a great option to have! Please let us know if this will be needed during your stay.

Guest Access:
Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
But please remember that you are in a residential area, so please be respectful to our neighbors.

We have prepared our home with a game room with:
-Board games and playing cards are stored in the finished basement area on the coffee table.
-We also have a Pac- Man arcade game for you to try your luck on!

Feel at home outside in our spacious backyard with the table and chairs set up!

Walk to the Art museum & historic penitentiary from our Fairmount district home!

For tourists the hop-on, hop-off stop is two blocks away!

Our location is very walkable & convenient!

-30th St Train Station: Philadelphia's main train station, including Amtrak and other rail lines. Easily accessible by car or subway.
-Indego- Philly's Bike Share
-Septa Public Transportation

Parking at 833 Corinthian Ave is free street parking which is first come, first served.  Please pay close attention to the Philadelphia Parking Authority parking signs because they may be time- restricted!

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.

We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking
