We take care for our guests and provide safe environment.This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Shared washer and dryer.Please be advised we have several apartments with the same layout, colours may differ from the photo.

Other things to note

According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.- Parking is included in the price- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200.If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
