It’s not big but it’s perfect. Had all the immunities I needed even all the necessities for hanging out at the beach or playing a board game on a rainy day. Would stay here again. Totally hassle free!
We had a nice stay, and the entire property was well kept! Enjoyable!
A few suggestions;
1). The rollaway should be removed if not requested, as it takes up space.
2). Unfortunately, there was a musty smell in the unit that permeated all of our belongings and came home with us in everything.

Good location
Property was as advertised. Room is small but was renovated. Pool was nice and other guests friendly. The issue was with communications. Got a check in email at beginning of email it said 3pm was check in and I would get a door code by then. Called office at 3:15 to see about code and got a short text saying check in was 4 pm I would get code. 4:15 I got the code. Also at bottom of the email it did say check in was 4:00 but the two different time in same email should be corrected.
We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and I assume it is being updated. TV would be better mounted on the wall. The unit is small so it may be beneficial to dispose of some of the heavy furniture. The unit was well equipped with everything one would need right down to beach chairs which we appreciated. The resort was beautiful and pool was so nice. Maybe a hot tub could be added in future. The resort was very quiet which we appreciated. When we arrived, we did not have the door combination until we received by text at 5.02 which was unnerving to us. I requested the combination , 10 days before arriving at the resort because we were taking a cruise before going to Treasure Island and I knew I would not have access to internet. No one answered my request. I was very upset at the time but one of the tenants was kind enough to tell us how the doors operate. Other than that , we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you.
The condo was very nicely kept, room was clean, nice location and close to everything (by vehicle Publix, Walgreens, Johns pass, Mad beach etc). There is a nice boardwalk where you can walk to several places to eat or tiki bars. My only complaints & why I didn't give 5 stars would be that it is a good 1/2 mile trek from condo to beach, we bought a beach wagon to help haul our stuff but even that thru the soft sand was heart attack workout! Not really the condos fault but good to be aware of if you are beach bums. As far as our stay, the air conditioner buzzes an alarm type sound every 15 minutes throughout the night so sleep was a little deprived if using the air, and lack of storage. The dresser is full of kids dvds, player, & condo supplies (thoughtful, however not quite sure where kids would stay in this room) so my husband was limited to drawer space and had to throw his clothes on couch. The armoire near my side of bed was stuffed with pillows/linens. I removed so I could have a place to put my clothing. The couch and ottoman in my opinion takes up a lot of space and is kind of useless other than throwing your stuff on it since no drawer space. Bath has no towel bars and again the cabinet was full of linens so had to move so we would bottom shelf for some of our toiletries. I would put a small stool in shower for items and/ or a place to put foot while shaving legs. A least a hand towel bar near sink would be great and maybe a glass shelf to set like your toothpaste etc. If possible move that dresser and TV to where couch is (get rid of couch) so TV isn't in awkward watching place next to bed. Another Armoire for storage would be nice next to bed on window side once moved dresser. Maybe some baskets under dresser for condo supplies. Again, the room was very nice, clean and updated, and served our purpose as just a couple. My only suggestions/Constructive criticism for the condo would be more storage for guests to put their things in, get rid of that clock (we took out battery as it ticks loudly), and fix air conditioner buzz). As an owner, I would want to know these things to help make future guests stays a bit more comfortable so that is why I am sharing my thoughts & suggestions. We would return to this location again but think we would want a bigger room so we could be more comfortable, or would consider this unit again if the things I mentioned were rectified by owner to make is a little more "guest friendly".
Property was pretty much exactly what was shown. Location was fantastic. Room and bathroom were a little small but we weren’t there for the room. Pool was nice to come back to after the hot beach. Beautiful and fun area.
Room was clean and ready when we got there. Entire property seemed well maintained. Management and guests extremely helpful and friendly. Only drawback, shopping and restaurants are a little bit of a walk.
