Casa El Dorado is outfitted with an open-space living room incorporating a modern, fully-equipped kitchen—with a sleek island by the dining area — as well as a breezy living room, magnificent alfresco dining. This is continued on the terrace which overlooks the garden and pool and features an outdoor dining table for 6.



There are 3 bedrooms. The Master has a double bed and a separate walk-in closet. The second bedroom has 3 beds; The 3rd bedroom has a single bed that is a Nest bed, meaning a 5th bed can be made up for a child. There are 2 separate bathrooms.



Outside in the condominium swimming pool area, you will love its tranquil atmosphere, or swimming in the pool’s clear waters, is also perfect for your kids as it has a children’s pool!



The location of our apartment is perfect, close to it all yet in a quiet area. Puerto Banus is only a 15 minutes walk away, so is the beach. You have a few restaurants and bars within less than 5 minutes walk, along with a supermarket. Marbella Old Town is 10 minutes drive away, and you have 4 world class golf courses within less than 5 minutes drive (Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, and La Quinta).



From its convenient location in Nueva Andalucía, you’ll have quick and easy access to so many of La Costa del Sol’s sought-after attractions, beaches, avant – garde cuisine, natural wonders, mountain-top white-washed villages, and more. Marbella’s warmer microclimate is an excellent perk of visiting the south of Spain, so you can hit the beach even in winter if you wish.
