Very enjoyable

Loved staying in this property. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Loved the TV was connected to wifi, easy to entertain the kids. Loads of room/space. I recommend this house as somewhere to stay.

Filthy, expect to clean upon arrival

Place filled with cobwebs and dead insects upon arrival. Bedsheets were stained and dirty. 2/5 ACs didn't work properly. Owner took days to respond to our first message upon our arrival when we noted issues. Didn't believe our claims and didn't even bother to come to the house. I would recommend you assume to clean the house yourself upon arrival to any of Cara's properties. I stayed with her on another platform too, in another house, and had the same experience. It's such a joke when she blames the "cleaning company"...

Comfortable, but needs a little maintenance

The house is as advertised, comfortable for large families (or those with teenage and young adult children) with all the amenities you need, good position for the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Downside to location is the toll roads, they are everywhere, but are good quality and you get where you need to be with ease. The property itself needs a little maintenance and TLC. A run to Bunnings by an accomplished handyman would fix most issues.

Great location, plenty of space and very suitable for family.

We appreciated Clara’s service and communication. Some of the essential equipment needed attention and we passed this information on. Unusual cold snap meant we needed heating which wasn’t working. We worked things out and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
