The Space:
The bathrooms are fully equiped with all essential consumables, linen, pillows, bedding, sheets towels etc are all included within the price to a hotel level quality standard (as show in the pictures).
The living area includes a smart TV which will allow you to watch any of your favorite streaming channels, with unlimited high speed NBN internet, at no additional cost.
The outdoor patio area includes an outside table and chairs to enjoy a meal at sunset, or capture some of the great weather Perth has to offer.
The garage is a double lock up garage, that would be suitable to fit two large cars, completely under cover and secure, with access into the property directly from the garage.
Guest Access:
The Check-in process is simple, with automated and secure electronic locks, making the whole process, a self-check-in contactless process.

Walking distance to public transport, and only a couple of minute drive to major shops.
Other Things to Note:
Please ensure that any parking of vehicles is limited to the garage, or visitor bay at the front of the property.
Given the location of the property there may be some occasional traffic noise although all bedroom windows are double glazed.
To ensure the safety of all guests, neighbours and hosts the main contact will be required to agree to short stay terms (i.e. no parties, damage to property etc) and complete a check-in form and provide identification.
