Summary:
This comfortable, well maintained apartment has everything needed for a short stay and will be your real "home away from home". Beautiful jacaranda trees line the streets of Applecross and is within walking distance to the local cafe strip in the well known Applecross Village on Ardross Street. Only a short walk to the Swan River and Applecross Jetty is highly recommended for lovely views of the river and city.

The Space:
Recently renovated and painted ground floor apartment in the highly sought-after suburb of Applecross, with 2 bedrooms a bathroom/laundry.
The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. Bed and bath linen (towels) are provided. The main living area has a reverse cycle air conditioning, a ceiling fan is provided in the master bedroom and additional heaters can be provided upon request.

The modern fully equipped kitchen is where you can cook any meal (including an oven) and be fully self-sufficient. Walking distance to local cafe strips with gourmet butchers and grocers, or sit on the private balcony with a coffee and watch the world go by.

A short stroll to the river where you can walk, jog or cycle or sit on Applecross Jetty taking in the amazing views and Applecross river life.

This apartment is in a small, quiet block of 4 units, with free under cover parking for one vehicle and extra located at the back of the complex. This is the perfect apartment for travelling singles, couples or a small family of 4.

Anything that is in the fridge and pantry is available for use. Tea, Coffee, Milk and other condiments are provided and laundry powder, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in the bathroom, and a hairdryer is in the bathroom/laundry cupboard.

Guest Access:
A fully electronic lock is installed with a unique secure code provided to each guest means minimal interaction is required unless there are any questions or concerns, it's our preference to leave our guests to their privacy. The whole apartment is available to guests who book being both bedrooms, bathroom, balcony and kitchen area.

The Neighborhood:
Located in one of the most prestigious and highly sought after suburbs of Applecross, within walking distances to major shops (Woolworths) and other various boutique shopping areas such as the Good Grocer and gormet butchers in Applecross Village.

Getting Around:
The property is opposite a high frequency bus route giving you access directly to the CBD or Fremantle by catching a single bus each way.

Other Things to Note:
This property is located on the ground floor with no lift or stair access required, in a small complex of 4 units with the other residents being long term tenants, who value their privacy and peace and quiet. Its requested that the complex and its residents are treated with the utmost respect, regarding excess noise, parking in the allocated bay and not smoking on the property.

To ensure the safety of all guests, neighbors and hosts the main contact will be required to agree to short stay terms (i.e. no parties, damage to property etc.) and complete a check-in form and provide identification.

Guests are given their full privacy and a keyless entry system allowing them to check in at a time that is suitable to them.
