We loved staying here. Plenty of room, everything we needed, and close to all the things we like to do in St Louis. Thanks!

Liked: Check-in, location
Convenient location
She of shown out side of apartment as lot of stairs which was not noted in description the day beds abs trundle did not have clean linens the coffee pot was not clean only three towels and there was four adults which was on rental agreement over all was a ok stay we did not spend much time in the appartment we we there for a womens football game the appartment need some updating very dated and the shower faucet was loose which I reported took a long time to get the hold off our deposit also not out side trash container to put pet waste in once we had it bagged did not want it inside the house smelling up the inside but over all our stay was good
We can up to watch some ball and this place was in a good location for that. The neighborhood was run down a lot of boarded up buildings, however I walked my dog twice a day and felt safe.

Liked: Communication, listing accuracy
It was accurate with the description/pictures. Not a bad place to stay for the price.
It was a decent apartment and a decent price. Not far from everything.
This duplex was one of my first purchases in St. Louis. Formerly a single family home, the rehabber converted the building into to apartments with and adorable layout. It has a couple of quirks like some uneven floors and crooked windows due to settling, but it is in great shape now. This building has two short term rentals with two bedrooms and an office. We like to keep the number of people in our short term rentals in check so that we don't have issues with the neighbors. This is a great place to stay for awhile and work.
Why they chose this property
I purchased this building to start building a real estate portfolio. At the time, I lived in California. I have since relocated to St. Louis. I love the variation in weather here.
What makes this property unique
Staying at The Den is having an experience of a typical St. Louis neighborhood. The neighborhood is very diverse. Our neighbors across the street on both sides are super nice. The building is within walking disctance to Cherokee Street which has eclectic stores and many restaurants. Sump Coffee shop, which enjoys a cult following, is super close.
