About this property

Inside the gated community of Woods Edge just west of US 41, our bright, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with updated kitchen, granite countertops and top of the line appliances is located just 3 miles from beautiful Bonita and Barefoot Beach, within walking distance to several restaurants. Situated at a quiet corner of the property just 200 feet from the pool, our 1000+ sq foot, ground floor, end unit with screened lanai overlooks the lake to the east and nature preserve to the south, providing maximum privacy for dining and lounging on daybed sofa. Parking spot is conveniently just outside front door which has keypad entry and kitchen is equipped like a full time home. The master bedroom has a new king bed with memory foam, lots of dresser storage, TV, a large walk in closet and en suite with new shower. Living room has leather power reclining sofa and swivel rocker for complete comfort. The second bedroom is intended as an emergency guest space only with twin daybed that can be converted to a king and a desk area. Second bath has tub shower. Brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit. AC has programmable thermostat and remote controlled ceiling fans inside and out. Near Perfection!

This is an absolutely fabulous property! It is lovelier in person than it even looks in the photos. We loved how quiet and private it felt, with the lake out back and a row of trees down the side. The kitchen was one of the best stocked of any VRBO property we have ever stayed in. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

Clean and comfortable

The owner communicates well. There is everything that you will ever need in this home. This place has it all. You can tell the owner really cares about the guests that stay here. The view of the lake is very peaceful and relaxing. The beds are new. I could go on and on. You will mot be disappointed.

Exceeded expectations.

This lovely corner ground floor is situated so that the morning sun rises over the water and into the lanai and then shines through the bay windows into the dining area. The condo is beautifully decorated and has excellent appointments…everything works. It is a peaceful spot where many birds visit the shoreline…nature right to the door. The location is convenient for restaurants, shopping and access to state parks. A special spot where owners have given a great deal of consideration for the comfort of guests.

Excellent accommodation

Very clean, comfortable and extraordinary well equipped condominium in a non crowded, quiet residential area. The screened in porch was the perfect place for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments.
