About this property

It is a cozily furnished two-floor semi-detached house, part of an elegant set of private villas.

The house features a spacious swimming pool with a large pool-side veranda and is surrounded by a colorful secluding garden. With four bedrooms it can easily accommodate a family with kids and grandparents or two couples. It is an ideal house either for summer and winter vacations or teleworking base as all the bedrooms are air conditioned and the house has central heating and a nice fireplace in the living room.

The interior consists of two levels. The ground level includes the living room, the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a private bedroom with access to the garden and a bathroom. The upper level has three bedrooms and a bath. The two front bedrooms share a veranda with panoramic view over the Saronic Gulf just perfect for morning coffee or a late night cup.

There is also an underground garage which can accommodate 2 cars and features an EV charger.

The surroundings are picturesque and the whole set-up creates an elegant and pleasant ensemble.

Saronida features a 5 kms paved walkway just on the water-line. It is a really nice walk any time of the day and passes just outside of the estate.

Het huis is ons geweldig bevallen. Zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto's!

Een geweldig huis op een prachtige locatie. Een redelijk drukke weg 3 huizen rijen voor ons, waar wij totaal geen overlast van hebben gehad. Middels voetgangers tunnels kun je op meerdere plekken veilig naar de overkant. Daar loopt een mooi voetpad langs zee naar het dorp (10 min lopen). Het dorp voorziet in alles. Zwembad is groot en diep en wordt goed bijgehouden. Onze 3 kinderen waren er niet uit te krijgen. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. We kregen bij aankomst oa een papier met tips die we ook bijna allemaal hebben opgevolgd. Daardoor op plekken gekomen waar je anders niet zo snel beland. Een auto is wel handig, 25 minuten rijden naar de metro van Athene. Dus de stad bezoeken is ook heel makkelijk vanaf deze plek. Voor ons een plek om nig eens terug te komen!

We had a great family holiday in Saronida: the outdoor space was particularly good!

Property was really well looked after and clean. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs (for example they had the pool cleaned mid week after a windy night which left leaves in the pool). The outdoor space was excellent: especially the pool which was clean, long and deep (the kids absolutely loved it!). Great location for exploring Athens and some good resorts close by.

absolutely superb

This was the best Villa that we have had the pleasure of staying in. Totally equipped and perfectly situated. The pool was large and refreshing and the villa comfortable and homely. Yiannis and Marianna are consummate hosts and were totally helpful and welcoming without being overbearing. We would recommend this property without any hesitation!

Traumhaftes Haus mit tollem Pool

Uns vieren hat es hier super gefallen. Das Haus war noch schöner als der Eindruck im Internet war. Sehr gepflegt und luxuriös und ein wahnsinns Pool, der bei heißer Sonne jederzeit,für Wrfrischung sorgte, auch dank Beleuchtung nachts. Ruhige Lage des Hauses und traumhafte Sonnuntergänge über dem Meer.

We first came to Saronida in 1999 for a few days interval. By the moment we walked down the beach and enjoyed the view of the sunset we knew that we should build a house there. And here it is.

Why they chose this property

This house is built with love and care. It is built in order to make occupants feel happy and relaxed. Well being is taken in serious consideration in every little touch in order to please not only the eye and the ear but the senses altogether.

What makes this property unique

Children absoloutly love the house and parents can enjoy a relaxed stay. Nevertheless if you want the night life and partying, that can be found down the road.
