A beautiful private villa on a 1500 sq. m. property, located in the suburb of Saronida on the magnificent athenian riviera just 50' (45km) away from Syntagma Square (city centre), 30' from the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio (23km), 30' from the Athens International Airport (30km) and 5' from the nearest beach.
It's a three floor fully furnished villa, with a kitchen, living room, 2 dining areas, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a private pool. (The pool is available from May 1st to October 31st)
The villa can accomodate 8 persons.
The property is very quiet with a beautiful garden, a private pool with sunbeds, a small lounge area near the pool, a BBQ, private parking, two verandas and a balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the Aegean sea.
The house has all the amenities required for a very comfortable stay. Fully equiped kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, small electrical appliances), a washing machine, hair dryers, clothing iron. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
The nearest beach is within walking distance although there are many beautiful beaches in the area to choose from. The centre of the local area is only a 10' drive where you can find a super market, coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants.
Renting a car would be highly recommended in order to fully enjoy your stay.

Enjoy a very nice house

We were 2 families (with teenagers) spending a week in May 2018 in this beautiful house. The house, the garden and the pool was fantastic. Lefteris, our landlord, was very kind and helpful. The house was perfectly equipped. And Lefteris has thought of all the details needed from the first day (such as tablets for the dishwasher, fresh soap in the bathrooms, etc). Lefteris also gave us useful tips on sightseeing, restaurants etc. An advice is that if you rent this house you will need a car. We can really recommend this house. Fabulous villa

The villa has everything you need for a special stay. The pool is great, the gardens and view are lovely and lefteris is easy to communicate with. One thing that would make the place perfect would be a little guide to local beaches/markets/supermarkets although we had fun exploring the area anyway! Thank you for a splendid stay.

Wonderful summer home

The property is exactly as the photos show but even better! The inside of the house is simple, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are updated and the WC on the ground floor with the shower was so useful. The stairs going to bedrooms are spiral and could be difficult for some. We spent all our time in the amazing outdoor area. The pool is perfect, so clean and wonderfully maintained. George our host welcomed us warmly and saw us off the same. As frequent Greece visitors we would definitely come back again! Thanks so much for everything!

High quality house in a tranquil setting.

The owner, Lefteris, was very helpful and accommodating. The property is high quality and set over 3 floors with some great sea views. A perfect place to relax and enjoy everything this property has to offer.

Great place for a vacation

Great and very spacious property with a huge garden and a big (and deep!) swimming pool. Leftheris was very helpful when one of us needed to see a doctor. Make sure you have a car, the villa is on a hill and there are a few nice beaches just a short drive away! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful and clean property !

The house and whole property is amazing! House is very clean and very well equipped. Beautiful, big and clean pool, stunning views from balcony. I truely recommend staying in the villa. Pls remember that its really helpful to have a car to visit Athens or go shopping. Hosts are very nice, helpful and flexible about arrival hours. I hope we will come back there one day.

This is truly a wonderful property! Owner was extremely helpful and courteous.

We were fortunate enough to stay here for 5 days recently. The owner, Lefteris, was very helpful and kind. The pool is very clean and very well maintained. The yard and patios were all in very good shape. Each room was clean and well stocked with towels, sheets, etc. I recommend renting a car while staying at this Villa. You can gain access to the beach at the bottom of the hill. We used the facilities at Eden Beach Hotel, they had Chairs and Umbrellas available as well as Non -alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. We eat a few times at Mi Gusta at the bottom of the hill. Great daily dining specials, and they were very welcoming to us as visitors to the area. Bill Hanlon
