Summary:
Beautifully remodeled two bedroom, one bath home in the heart of Santa Cruz! Will only book 30 days+. Modern, airy and bright. Large comfortable couches for family time and entertaining guests. Large back patio for BBQ's with friends and a great backyard for the kids. Both bedrooms have plush beds with large closets, very roomy. BONUS ROOM! The garage is converted into an amazing work space, school space or separate living room with WIFI and large TV. Rates change seasonally.

The Neighborhood:
Great location in mid-town Santa Cruz, close to beach and would be an easy UC Santa Cruz commute. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. This home has something for everyone!

Other Things to Note:
WiFi information is in the top left drawer of the TV stand in the living room. And router is underneath bed in double bedroom.
We recommend leaving the skylight in the bathroom propped open as it is the perfect ventilation for the bathroom during these warmer months. If you'd like to close it, the wand for opening/closing it is in the closet next to the front door.
