This spacious, luxury beach retreat has a spectacular westward facing location, perched above Seacliff Drive only a short walk to Seacliff State Beach, Marianne's Ice Cream and Manuel's restaurant. The highlight is a 400+ Sqft deck which is ideal for sunsets while entertaining friends and family. The interior is recently updated with new furniture and a beach-themed kitchen with butcher block counters and modern engineered flooring. Upstairs in addition to the deck are two bedrooms and a full bath while downstairs is another bedroom and bath with a shower stall. The large backyard has a firepit and fruit trees, and ping pong table for your entertainment. When you aren't enjoying beautiful Aptos, this property provides an amazing place to relax or entertain.
