Getting Around:
Our place is a short Uber and Lyft ride to get get anywhere in Nashville.

Just a $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. Quick ride to BNA Airport, and only 1.5 miles from the new Top Golf!!!

Other Things to Note:
There is an active recording Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door for safety and security purposes. I will be sending a Rental Agreement upon booking.

Great time with family

Seven of us stayed for the holiday. We found the location and house to work for our needs. We discovered, after using some of the dishes, that the dishwasher must be broken as it contained dirty and greasy dishes as well as the dishes we used out of the cabinets, were dirty. We also found that the water and ice from the refrigerator did not work. It was a holiday week, but we were told that someone would be over to look into the issues. Nobody showed. We had to buy dish soap and wash everything by hand to include the items we used from the cabinets. When we started looking into the location to rent, we saw a couple posts about the cleanliness to include under furniture. Under the beds we did see a lot of dust and a few things like popcorn and bottle caps. The directions stated that we could not tape or hang items on the walls, but apparently others did not comply. We saw missing paint and tape residue. The photo of the balcony and furniture looked inviting, but the dirtiness of the furniture made us stay away. This was a nice house for us, but it may be more conducive to a party house rather than an adult family rental.
