Gulch South - 4BR home with rooftop deck - One of the best Nashville locations

We have a beautiful 4 bedroom home professionally decorated in the highly desirable Gulch South neighborhood in Nashville. Our location is ideal and is in one of the most desirable parts of Nashville. Restaurants, breweries and night life are walking distance and just a few blocks away. Every bedroom in this home has access to an en suite bathroom. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, the main living room and media room have pullout sofas for a total of 6 beds. The media room on the 3rd floor has 1 large roof top deck and two smaller decks. There is a 75 inch TV in the main living room and a 65 inch TV in the media room. There are beautiful downtown city views of Nashville from both front and back decks.

We are about as close as you can get to Downtown Nashville and the Gulch and be in a 4 bedroom home. You can easily walk the 3 or 4 blocks to the Gulch. We are less than a mile from Broadway in downtown Nashville (very short Uber or Lyft ride). We are a great location if you are coming in town to do anything from visiting the most trendy restaurants to watching a Nashville Predators Hockey game or Tennessee Titans Football game. Our home is professionally decorated with extremely comfortable beds and furniture. A two car attached garage provides privacy and spot to keep your vehicles. We have additional dedicated parking for two more cars in the driveway as well as street parking out front.

Fun & fabulous!

We were here to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday! The house was perfect. Although initially it sounds like the house sleeps 12 comfortably… It actually sleeps 8 comfortably. 12 would include 2 on 2 different sofa beds.

Great gathering place for girls' reunion

The residence is very clean, well-lit, has everything you would need in the kitchen and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The towels are so white they look brand new. The location is just a few blocks walk from The Gulch area so loads of restaurants close by.Also, there is a garage for the residence which we found particularly helpful to park our car overnight.

Family Christmas Get Away

We had a great time! The house is just as advertised- perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen well stocked. Nice to have a lot of trash bags, soap etc. Rooftop deck was amazing. Very short uber to Broadway. Loved this house!

Nashville Celebration

Spent a long weekend in Nashville celebrating a special birthday with family. The property was awesome and allowed us to enjoy the Nashville experience - great restaurants, bars and family fun. Enjoyed the GOO GOO cluster making, Liquor Lab, restaurants and Broadway scene. Property and Host make your visit off to a great start!

Safe and Wonderful place to stay

This location is very nice and has a lot of room. We took a family trip for adults and we were looking for a place that offered enough rooms for 4 adults to have their own room. We also wanted to be close enough to walk to places if we wanted. We also had two cars that we could pull into the two car garage. We felt safe and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for Shari g your great home with us David! We could walk to some restaraunts and bars in the gulch area within 10-15 minutes.

Girl's Trip to Nashville

This was our annual girl's trip and Nashville AND your beautiful home did not disappoint! I've rented many houses on VRBO and through other companies and I have to say that this house was one of the best! It was close enough to UBER wherever we wanted to go and we had no problem getting an UBER.(It was definitely too hot to walk anywhere while we were there.) The house itself was amazing, beautifully decorated and stocked with more amenities than I've ever experienced. Jenni was exceptionally helpful with recommendations and securing a late checkout for us when our flight home was changed to a late afternoon flight. I would highly recommend this house for anyone considering a trip to Nashville!

The most wonderful stay!

Jennie and David were the most lovely, responsive, helpful hosts—we felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The house itself was immaculate and well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and kitchen necessities. The location is very accessible to anywhere you might want to visit in the city, especially by Uber. We would definitely recommend staying in this amazing home!

You can’t find better!

Great house, comfortable beds, fantastic mgt/communications. Location is great. A lot of thought has gone into providing guests with a great stay. Shampoo, dish tabs, laundry pods and extra paper towels. It’s the little things that add up. They thought of everything. Great value. You won’t be sorry you stayed here! I don’t think you can find a better value in the Gulch!

Luxury stay in Nashville

Beautiful home with high end amenities in a perfect location. Rooftop patio overlooking the city was a great addition for relaxing and spending time together with our group. Great pre-stay communications with recommendations of things to do and places to go. If you have a larger group of people looking to stay together in Nashville, stop looking and book this property.

Wonderful Nashville House

The house was perfect for our group and had everything we needed! Check-in was easy, the beds were great, and the rooftop patio was amazing for morning coffee and evening wine. The house is very walkable to the Gulch and Lyft rides were quick and inexpensive. Jenni was great to work with. She provided us with so much info about Nashville and we really appreciated the late check-out due to our late flight. I would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Home for a Group Visit to Nashville

Girl's trip to see Morgan Wallen concert and explore the city. House was perfect for our group of six. Lots of room and very comfortable, clean home with extras. Kitchen is well stocked and toiletries provided in all bathrooms. All bedrooms are very comfortable and offer lots of storage plus charging stations on the night tables. The roof top is amazing, although we had some rain so were unable to utilize it as much as we hoped. The upper lounge area off the roof top is another fabulous spot to chill after a long day of wandering the city. The house is a short Uber ride to Broadway (10 min) and walkable (35 min). There are also a number of restaurant options in the area that are walkable. The host provides an awesome guide book filled with restaurant and activity information. Jenni is a wonderful host and answered all questions promptly. Everyone is our group loved the home and were very impressed. The home shows better in person. We would highly recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

We built this home in August of 2017 with rental guests in mind. Our location is prime with easy access to all Nashville has to offer and walk-ability to many restaurants, shops and nightlife. The home is professionally decorated and is warm and inviting space. Each bedroom has access to an attached bath, in room TV, and comfortable bedding. The very large rooftop out door space is great for relaxing and enjoying some fresh air and with multiple rooftop decks you will have access to beautiful downtown Nashville Views. The 75 and 65 inch TV's are great for watching your favorite sports team or movie. In short, it's a fantastic home!

What makes this property unique

The home has three balconies off of the third floor and beautiful views of downtown. You are just a short walk from the Gulch or a short Lyft/Uber to Broadway and Downtown Nashville. Every bedroom has a bathroom connected to it. The home is beautifully decorated and has an attached two car garage. At night the roof top deck overlooks downtown Nashville and has stunning views of the Adventure Science Center (that changes colors at night). Our place was built new as of August 2017.
