The home is located just a short 5 minute to Orange CBD and a 2 minute drive to the North Orange Shopping district which has Woolworths, BWS, a pharmacy and eating places. In less than 2 minutes drive you will find the Orange Botanical Gardens and Adventure playground.

Within 10 minutes you have access to all of Oranges best restaurants, cafe's, bars and parks. Mortimer's Wines Cellar Door is only 5km away and many other Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.
