Welcome to Beacon Hill 304! Our ocean views and location just next door to the beach is sure to be a holiday hit.

Located on the West Coast in a small private gated development with beautiful lush tropical gardens and a shared rooftop swimming pool, Beacon Hill 304 is the perfect retreat for sunshine hunters and beach goers. Relax on sun loungers by the pool or walk down to Mullins Beach and enjoy a day of swimming, snorkeling and sundowners. There is a great spot for drinks and food called Sea Shed located right on the beach that you'll have to give a try - there is live music on Sundays.

Located up two flights of stairs and inside our two bedroom apartment, there is a fully outfitted clean kitchen, with an open plan living area that opens right onto the patio with ocean views. The bedrooms are comfortable furnished and both have en-suite bathrooms. We also have laundry facilities in the apartment.

Beacon Hill 304 is located on the West Coast and is close to countless beaches - perfect for beach hoppers, along with plenty of amazing beach bars and restaurants. We highly recommend also trying a catamaran cruise which includes drinks, buffet lunch and stops to swim with turtles!

We stayed at the condo for 13 nights, so quite a bit of time. There was plenty of space for my family of four. We loved the view and eating on the balcony every night. What we enjoyed the most was that it's in a quiet area with lots of trees and we could walk down the entryway and go to the Mullins beach, which was super nice.

What a wonderful place

We couldn't have been more thrilled with our apartment. It was a dream location with everything within walking distance. The apartment was the best equipped place we've ever stayed in. Even had straighteners. Everything was of superb quality Loved the decor The pool was very private. The views from the balcony were sublime. Great apartment

Beacon Hill 304 is an excellent apartment close to Mullins Beach. Good space, storage, and generous sized balcony with views of the sea. BLS Rentals were very good throughout, and we would be happy to stay again and use them.

Fabulous Apartment in Mullins

The apartment was on the second floor (not rooftop as advertised) with lovely balcony looking out to sea. Kitchen very well equipped although the GE appliances took some understanding! Wanda, the housekeeper, was marvellous, as was the property manager.

We had a lovely stay at this condo it was beautifully furnished with good kitchen appliances and washing/drying appliances, the roof pool was lovely with great views. We had a slight issue with hot water but this was swiftly resolved. They arranged car hire for us which was good value. The local beach was lovely with some brilliant local restaurants like Bombas and Grandees. Grandees was home cooked Barbadian food great value. Overall would definitely recommend this condo for a great stay.

Best possible location and view, nice property.

The apartment did not disappoint! The covered balcony and second bedroom have stunning views of Mullins Beach. And since the public beach is directly across the (busy) road, you can literally just walk overt in your swimsuit. The rooms inside are large and the beds comfortable, with good air conditioning units. Wifi is pretty good, and there are lots of cable TV channels if that's your thing. The kitchen has a good fridge and freezer. There is also a microwave.The glass-top range is quite slow, but it works. There is also a small washer/dryer and a functional (but aging) dishwasher. Linens and towels were clean and well-stocked. The kitchen and outdoor wet bar have lots of glassware, plates, and cutlery. The pots and pans were worn out, but we were able to get replacements from the agency with no delay. There was a bit of miscommunication with the cleaning service, as they showed up twice without warning. As well, the property managers need to update the access codes in the welcome book, which are out of date. We never did get around to using the pool, as the sea was too tempting. The balcony, while nice, was also a bit buggy. That said, we felt we got good value from this rental. The location is also very handy for bus and taxi transportation to Speightstown, Holetown, and Bridgetown. (Speights is just a 20-minute walk if you can stand the heat.) If you're lucky enough to have a car, there is also a dedicated parking spot. Overall, great spot! Would rent again.

Beautiful Villa

This is a beautiful apartment situated with access to many of the best parts of Barbados. Sparkling clean, light and bright with a balcony that I never wanted to leave. The only problem was dishwasher has to be set on the "Pots and Pans" setting or else it makes your dishes dirtier than they went in. It took us a while to figure that out. Otherwise, it's an awesome place.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Perfectly easy to get around from the apartment without a car, even to the airport. Closest beaches just across the road. Buses outside the gate to all other beaches (great snorkeling) and towns. Lovely sea view from balcony. Well equipped. Carlisle Bay best for turtles, eagle ray, etc - follow line of buoys.
