The property is a hidden gem next to the sea. It is made up of two spacious and cozy apartments with 130 m². There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and relax. It is walking distance from city center, Marina Novi and many great restaurants. You’ll love my place because it's very peaceful and located on a small private road. It's a quiet area surrounded by pine trees which gives a combined fresh and natural aroma of pine and sea.

Toll! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen. Man ist sofort am Meer mit vielen Felsen und Plattformen, von denen aus man baden und hervorragend schnorcheln kann (viele Fische!). Restaurants und Bars sind gleich in der Nähe. Die Marina, Supermärkte und das Zentrum des Ortes sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Räume sind sehr sauber, großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles instand gehalten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett , hilfsbereit und antwortet unverzüglich auf Anfragen. Mit ihm haben wir auch einen eintägigen Törn auf seinem Trimaran gemacht, was wir sehr weiterempfehlen können. Wir haben den Törn mit mehreren Stopps zum Schnorcheln sehr genossen. Zum Appartement möchte ich allerdings bemerken, dass man ab ca. 6 Uhr den Berufsverkehr auf einer nahe liegenden größeren Straße hört. Uns hat es nicht gestört (auch nicht unsere Kinder), aber besonders lärmempfindliche Langschläfer, die zudem bei offenem Fenster schlafen, könnten etwas früher als üblich geweckt werden. Wir waren mit dem Appartement rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an unseren Vermieter Luca!
