Grande erro meu ter deixado o meu contato com este indivíduo. Totalmente inexperiente em turismo e eventos. Me ligava a todo tempo com dúvidas. Meus animais (gansos, peixes, animais silvestres etc, são bem tratados a base de ração. O pessoal teve a capacidade de jogar arroz no lago e jardins. Carros estacionados na grama…eu tinha que ficar ligando o tempo todo para retirar os carros! danificou o meu sistema de irrigação. Só prejuízo! Um dia após ele mesmo ter feito a inspeção no imóvel inteiro, me liga com o vazo entupido…saiu não procurou concertar o qual estava cheia de cabelo . Eu tive que pagar do meu bolso. Hóspedes igual a esse? Prefiro que minha propriedade, que foi construída com tanto carinho, fique vazia. Mas graças a Deus agenda está cheia!
