The Space:

Architectural masterpiece featuring three levels of decks with breathtaking views of multiple mountain peaks. The cabin offers several TVs with cable new mattresses and solid wood furniture throughout. Floor to ceiling windows showcase stunning Smoky Mountain views and the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances.



Sleeping arrangements

Second level includes a private suite with a king bed a second private king suite with its own deck soaking tub and separate shower plus a loft with a double bunk on the bottom a twin on top and a queen pull out sofa.



Third level offers an open loft suite with a king bed private bathroom and direct access to a private deck with incredible views.



Main level includes a twin pull out sofa in the living room.



Other Things to Note:

We recommend picking up groceries and snacks before heading to the cabin since delivery options are very limited once you arrive.



Cell service can be spotty in the mountains but our WiFi is reliable.



Guests must complete registration through our Guest Portal to receive check in details. The minimum age to book is 25.



The community pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes after Labor Day weather permitting. Hours are usually 9am to 5pm. There is no lifeguard towels are not provided and no pool pass is required.



This is bear country so please lock your vehicles and never leave food inside. You may spot bears and are welcome to take photos but please keep your distance and never attempt to approach or feed them.



Being in the mountains you may occasionally see insects or ladybugs especially in winter. They are harmless and we recommend keeping doors and windows closed and food stored properly. We maintain regular eco friendly pest control.



The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning trash removal and laundry. Excessive mess may result in an additional fee.



Pets

Approval required. Please provide the breed, size, and house-training details.

Pet fees vary depending on size and breed.

Pets that shed excessively may not be approved.



AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended from December through April.



The bedroom gas fireplace is currently out of service while it is being replaced. The living room fireplace and outdoor wood fireplace are available. Thank you for your understanding.



An extra guest fee of 25 per night applies after the 10th guest.
