Quaint and comfortable.

This home was everything that was needed and necessary for our stay. It was clean, safe, and quiet. The managers of the property were very responsive and willing to take care of and answer all of our needs and questions within 10 minutes of us asking. Would most definitely recommend staying here to family and friends

Great Location Overall

Property sits across from older apartment complex, but it was a quiet neighborhood and close to college downtown area, Riverwalk, whitewater rafting and much more! Host was kind and quickly responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Needs some TLC

Renting the property was not difficult but there are things that can be done so that visitors can enjoy a better stay . I had a great time despite everything The place is quiet little nook not hard to find neighborhood is somewhat quaint but we had no problems. First thing I noticed was the front door lock system was not at all secure, the place needed cleaning windows and doors , furniture was filthy as I had to spread sheets to cover them for the kids ! There was some sort of trap door in the hallway which I kept hitting my foot on every time I passed you couldn’t step on it because you were afraid you might fall in. The place had a musky smell , but beds were clean and kitchen was adaquate enough. Bathroom tiles left a lot to be desired . I don’t want to give this place it a poor rating. My advice to the owner is to spend some money and fix things , doors need locks and the place needs some TLC The veranda can have some flowers the yard maintained not while we are there resting you hear people outside trying to clean the yard If you fix things it would be easy to manage and people will Love it

Graduation

Property was fine and distance from destination was accurate. The only things we didn't like were that there was no soap, dish or hand, in the property and the street was very tight to pull our truck in. Other than that it was great.

New Years weekend 2022

One frying pan in the whole house. No plates or bowls. Grill wasn’t there and was promised to be sent but never made it so I had to go out and purchase one. We planned on grilling food and waited for a long time. It’s a very old home, I grew up in one so that wasn’t an issue. A/C worked awesome. Kitchen was covered in ants. Someone was supposed to come handle that as well and it wasn’t done. It’s across the road from some very dilapidated apartments and when we left this am we witnessed a huge fight with a male and two females at 9:30 in the morning. The beds were clean and comfortable. But maybe the grill should be stored inside going forward so it doesn’t disappear again. Also, the renters contacted me ALL weekend to remind me when I had to leave. That was aggravating.
