The Aspen Mountain Residences [Formerly Hyatt Grand Aspen] at Owner Direct Rates

This 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite has recently been updated with new furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The suite features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, two master bedrooms with King beds, fireplace, & stone tile bath and either a balcony or a patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all rooms.

Services & Amenities: Rental includes transportation to/from Aspen Airport, Local Shuttle Service, Housekeeping & Bike/Ski Valet, as made available by the resort. Resort Fee Paid Upon Booking: Includes use of all resort amenities - common area Pool, Hot Tubs, daily continental breakfast, Fitness Center and WiFi. $40/night for a Studio, $50/night for a 1 Bedroom, $60/night for a 2 Bedroom, $70/night for a 3 Bedroom, $80/night for a 4 Bedroom. Optional Fees: $40/night parking fee, $200 king to 2 twin beds conversion fee. No Rollaway beds are allowed. Crib rentals may be arranged through the concierge.

I had a lovely time in Aspen, condo was big and comfy. The bedrooms, bathrooms and closets were large. The appliances were high-end and the furniture had been updated.

Aspen Mountain Residences

The location of this property was great, you’re within walking distance of all the downtown shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and nice, there is some need for some maintenance for the price (vanity drain stopper was broken, tub drain didn’t hold water). The beds weren’t great but weren’t awful. The maid service tried to come early two days in a row and wake us up. The front desk and concierge were both great though. We wish they had room service. Overall it was good and with kids was a good low key place to stay.

Great Stay in Aspen

Hyatt Grand Aspen was more than we expected. Location is perfect for exploring Aspen and surroundings. Service and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Property manager Tami Brown was excellent in providing all info an details plus follow up. Valet parking included was outstanding and prompt service to help. Would definitely go back again without hesitation. Aspen is a lovely laidback town. If you are an outdoors loving family as we are, you are in for a treat. Residence has all the comfort and large family rooms. That will give you a pleasant and refreshing stay. Will be back! Thank you Tami!
